At Mau5hop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mau5hop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
